Today I am so sore its unbelievable.&amp;nbsp; I didnt think I would be able to exercise because I couldnt even lower myself into a sitting position.&amp;nbsp; I read online that some people said to not exercise when youre this sore but I did it anyway and was pleasently surprised.&amp;nbsp; After warming up and getting into the real workout I found that the soreness, though still there, wasnt as imparing as I thought it would be.&amp;nbsp; I also found that I was able to do more than I did yesterday, which is suprising since its only day 2.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;This being said Im very excited about continuing this, no matter how much it hurts.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;i style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;*also, for some reason the apostrophe button is not working, which explains the lack of them in my post. I’ve been overweight basically since puberty.&amp;nbsp; I &lt;strong&gt;HATE&lt;/strong&gt; exercising. I &lt;em&gt;despise&lt;/em&gt; it. I don’t like hurting and I have horrible determination when it comes to putting myself through pain.&amp;nbsp; So this is a completely new thing for me.&amp;nbsp; I’m sick of being fat and not liking to show off my body, and feeling unattractive and unhealthy so that is why I’m beginning this. Hopefully it will lead to me exercising regularly for the rest of my life and having the healthy sexy body I’ve always wanted.&amp;nbsp; I’ve also asked for a Wii Fit for Christmas so I’m going to be coupling that with this program (assuming I get it).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I finished my first workout earlier before creating this blog. It kicked my butt.&amp;nbsp; I was sweating horribly and panting within 5 minutes, which gives you an idea of how out of shape I am.&amp;nbsp; I like how it’s set up though.&amp;nbsp; It keeps you moving and she focuses on working as many muscles as possible at the same time and you’re not allowed to stop for more than 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp; They way she delivers the workouts is with force and encouragement, just what I need.
